Anti-US Internet Bloggers Say Bush Administration Failed During Katrina
Areas in the United States of America element out on the Internet forums, which are attempting to badmouth our country. What they do is the read the world news and the United States news and find out all the little items because Americans to be disgruntled from time to time. Then they take these items and newsworthy events and blow them out of proportion to make us look bad.
Recently such an individual I found on a political Blog bad mouthing the US over our response to Hurricane Katrina and so I stated;
“Regarding Hurricane Katrina, consider that I-10, railroad, harbor mouth, bridges all out, plus it was underwater once the 18-hours of gale force winds allowed rescue entry by helicopter. Just because the Liberal Democrats complained and Ray Negan Mayor was hysterical and lost his marbles, left 1500 buses to be submerged without taking the people out does not mean it was Mr. Brown or FEMAs fault.”
You see unlike him, I read the entire Katrina Report and I am aware of the politics to make the President look bad in the media by Hillary Clinton, asking for an investigation and all the Blame Game Donald Trump style worthless little humans acting out, like you are here today. But in reality that was one hell of a storm and it really was a huge storm surge, a lot of water and Cat III winds for nearly 2-hours, Cat II for 3 hours, Cat I for 5 hours, Tropical Storm and Gale force winds 18-hours. (Saffir-Simpson).
If he or anyone else wishes to discuss Hurricanes an anti-American Blog is not the place but rather they should go to the other links on Hurricanes, Katrina, FEMA, Extreme Weather. So often these anti-American folks drop a laundry list of bogus accusations about the greatest nation in the world. Surely they can do better than that? I suppose they are going to blame President Bush for the Cat V Monica Cyclone that hit Darwin, Australia too? Anything they can think of to blow out of proportion and make up lies, they will, but it will not work with people who know. Perhaps they might blow away someday soon? Wouldn’t that be a treat? Meanwhile all Americans must stick together and stick up for America. We cannot allow anti-American detractors to slander the United States of America because the United States of America is the greatest single civilization ever created in the history of the human species and we are not even done yet. This 200-year experiment in Democracy has proven good and we are well our way to bettering our best efforts so far. Consider this in 2006.
