Access will be provided to all three buildings from each other by means of a covered courtyard. The project site is the space between Broomielaw and city centre buildings in the middle of York Street and James Watt Street.

Plans are in motion to increase the visibility of this business location and to improve the pedestrian activity here. When completed, this complex is expected to bring in the kind of focus to Glasgow as the Atlantic Quay did.
