Congratulations on your wedding day! I know this is the most
special day of your life and you want to look better than ever
before. Relax your a beautiful woman and with the right makeup
tips you’ll not only look beautiful, you’ll be drop dead
gorgeous! The most important thing to remember is don’t get
stressed. Stress will show on your face and you don’t want
anything to ruin those photos.

It’s your day! You’ve got the perfect dress, veil, and shoes -
now you’ll have perfect makeup. Here are some Dos and Don’t tips
to help you on your very special day.

**Do**

1. Use a professional makeup artist if possible. Have a
pre-wedding consultation so your makeup artist already knows
what you want

2. If you decide to do your own makeup then visit the cosmetic
counter at least a month before your wedding and have the
consultant try different colors to see what looks best on you

3. Do your makeup before dressing

4. Have your makeup done as close to the ceremony as possible

5. Have a facial two weeks prior to your wedding. If you’ve not
had facials in the past we would recommend you start this
process 3-4 months prior to your wedding.

6. Use a primer before applying your foundation. This will make
your foundation last longer. It is also a good idea to use an
eye primer to eliminate shadow creasing

7. Make certain your foundation is an exact match to your skin
tone

8. Use powdered rice papers to eliminate any shine

9. Use a light to medium lipstick that is long wearing. If you
will be having black and white photos then add a layer of lip
gloss

10. Exfoliating your lips will result in your lipstick lasting
longer

11. Use translucent powder to set your makeup

12. Blend, blend, and blend again to make sure all your makeup
is smooth and even.

13. If you are prone to red eyes use eye drops prior to the
ceremony

14. Use water proof mascara just incase the tears of joy appear

15. Charcoal, navy, or mahogany are your best options for
eyeliner. Black or brown may look too severe, especially if your
wedding will be held during the daytime and/or outdoors.

16. When applying your makeup wear a button shirt that can be
easily removed when its time to dress.

17. Place a towel over your head prior to slipping into your
gown to avoid getting makeup on your gown.

18. Don’t forget your blush! A pop of color on your cheeks is
like an instant facelift.

19. If you’ve had your hair professionally done and you will be
removing your veil, then have the stylist show your mom or
bridesmaids how to fix your style

20. A week before your wedding rehearse your makeup - practice,
practice, and practice some more, until you perfect the look you
want for your wedding day

21. Treat nails at least a week prior to your wedding to ensure
you are not dealing with ragged or dry cuticles

22. If your wearing sandals then about a month before your
wedding start your foot treatment so your feet look as good as
the rest of you

** Don’t **

1. Do not do your own makeup. Have a professional makeup artist
or a friend do it. Chances are you’ve got a bit of the jitters
with all the excitement which could result in you having
difficulties doing your own makeup

2. Don’t make your foundation thick like a mask. Light for
overall eveness is best.

3. Don’t use shiny or shimmering products on dry skin

4. Don’t overuse lip gloss

5. Don’t have a facial within the previous 48 hours of your
wedding. Facials can occasionally have unexpected results and
you don’t need any surprises.

6. Don’t pop any pre wedding zits, instead use Visine to take
the red out

7. Don’t fret or stress - go with the moment

Follow these tips and you’ll be the most beautiful bride on the
planet!

Yours is the eyes of innocence the goat which bounds on rocks,
it is free, it has no master,

When I wake up in the morning and Aurora greets me with a warm
embrace and the birds, egress I remember the smile in your
eyes, as the dews drip from the sky.

Long ago men and women who suffered from low testosterone had to just live with their condition.

But no longer.

With advances in modern medicine, there are many low testosterone treatments on the market and one may be right for you if you are indeed diagnosed with a low testosterone count.

Without treatment, low testosterone can have many unpleasant symptoms, ranging from: fatigue, depression, changes in body composition (muscle atrophies and fat increases), lack of libido, increased risk of heart attacks, and even more.

The following are some of the most common testosterone replacement therapies:

Testosterone Low Treatment

Testosterone Injections: just as their name implies, the testosterone hormone is delivered via a needle and injected right into a muscle on advice of your doctor. Most doctors will then train you to inject yourself so you can do it in the privacy of your own home.

The pros of the injection: highly effective method of delivery and very cost effective,.

The cons: painful. Can create highs and lows as you get a surge of testosterone which then can fall quite a bit before your next injection

Testosterone Pellets: these are little pellets that are placed under the skin and then release testosterone into the body.

The pros of pellets: they dissolve evenly, releasing testosterone consistently without the highs and lows of injections.

The cons: an incision has to be made, under which the pellets are placed.

Testosterone Cream: just as it says, you can rub this on certain parts of your body and have more testosterone.

The pros: easy to use, can be effective, and not painful nor do any incisions need to be made

The cons: you can transfer testosterone accidently to other people via skin to skin contact.

Testosterone Gels: Very similar to the pros and cons of testosterone cream.

Low Testosterone Treatments

Some people want a low testosterone treatment that isn’t a prescription drug.

For these people, boosting their testosterone using natural means is the way to go.

Although these methods won’t be as effective as introducing testosterone right into your body, they have the advantage of being much safer and without nearly the same degree of potential side effects because they help the body to naturally make its own testosterone.

For example, you can eat certain kinds of food that will help your body increase testosterone production.

You can also take certain herbs that indirectly assist the body in manufacturing more testosterone.

For people who don’t suffer from a serious testosterone deficiency — such as people who are slowing down a bit simply because of the aging process — these dietary and herbal measures may be the route to go instead of more extreme testosterone replacement therapies.

In any case, talk to your doctor about testosterone low treatment to see which method would be best for you.

Vacation Destination: Block Island Accomplices: 6 High School
Girlfriends (Yes, we’ve been friends for 5 years now… ha ha)
The time is 6:15 am on a Sunday. I’ve been up since 4:30 am. Am
I a little eager? Of course, it is my annual girlfriend getaway
and I’m late to arrive. Why you say? Let’s just say I have not
completely embraced the “you deserve this” philosophy but I am
getting there. The other girls have already enjoyed one day on
the beach and one night on the town (if you can call it a town).
They have assured me that they did not have that much fun but I
suspect they are lying. The commuting time is approximately
three hours but it is three hours of heavenly solitude. No
children whining no husband questioning me on my packing
abilities (Did you pack my underwear?) Nope, it’s just me - and
yes I did forget to pack my underwear but I don’t care. During
the hour long ferry ride I see families heading over for
vacations and I think “This would be a nice family destination
but THANK GOD I don’t have them with me.” My cell phone rings I
look at my caller ID. It’s my husband, ALREADY!!! He just calls
to wish me well and he says he misses me. Strangely, I do not
miss him as much as I do when he is away on his annual golf
weekend (three days, two nights but I am not keeping track). The
boat docks and I have arrived. I walk to our cottage and find
the girls awake and waiting for me to go to breakfast. We are
staying at the Blue Dorry Inn, a very quaint inn that provides a
wonderful homemade breakfast in their dining room. The girls
spend the breakfast filling me in on what happened the day/night
before. It consists of drinks on the beach, appetizers for
dinner, and drinks and dancing to a not very good band. They
would have gone to bed early but one of the girls threatened
bodily injury to anyone going to bed early. After my
de-briefing, we break down into groups. Four of the girls went
for a long walk on the beach and 3 of us decide to take in the
scenery with a bike ride to the breathtaking Mohegan Bluffs. We
rented bikes for 1 hours (no need to kill ourselves) and road
straight uphill to our destination. After oohing and aahing over
the views we returned our bikes, donned our bathing suits and
hit the beach. The afternoon passed quickly at a beach side bar
called Ballards. With cocktail service to our chairs and a band
playing great music there is no need to move. We drink Coronas,
read trashy magazines, talk about kids, husbands, having
crushes, trying to have more children, trying not to have more
children, our bodies, other women’s bodies, the guy throwing the
footballs’ body. Most importantly we talk about how lucky we are
that we have all remained friends over the years. Every year the
logistics of getting away with the girlfriends gets more
complicated. Every year the rewards of getting away with the
girlfriends get bigger. Start this tradition yourself and you
will know what I mean..

If somebody makes a list with commonly used terms which describe the appearance of ageing, he will be surprised to meet words referring to the sagging of skin with loss of its suppleness, to the drooping of the erect penile and to the humped neck in some older women.

The above list is a confirmation that biological rather than chronological age reflects the speed of aging and life expectancy. Biological age can be quantified in many values of function, such as high blood pressure, low pulmonary function and the speed of reflex responses.

Whether we like or not, there is big amount of true in the list. When body become older, both central and peripheral nervous systems are severely affected loosing its cortical neurons. This loss is partly replaced by new inter-neuronal connections, but the fact is the accuracy for vision, touch, pressure, taste, hearing, and joint sense are significant reduced.

In both sexes loss receptor sites occur in brain, heart, muscle, bone, skin and urogenital tract. As the glands of the penis are amongst the most richly enervated zones of the body this loss of sensitivity by as much as a third occurs by the andropause.

The transitory symptoms of andropause in men could include fatigue, memory problems, loss of libido and depression. The long-term effects of andropause affect all male population eventually, as progression of andropause can lead to osteoporosis (bone loss), frailty, falls, dementia, heart and circulatory problems. And circulatory problems are the origin of erectile dysfunction.

Gentlemen,
You should know some of these interesting facts about your skin. If you stretch out the entire surface
of your skin, it would measure about twenty two square feet and weigh about fifteen pounds. A section of the dermis about the size of a quarter, contains about three feet of blood vessels, twelve feet of nerves, one hundred sweat glands and several million cells.
“So what,” you say? Well the real Difference about Men’s skin is the roughness, clogged pores and blemishes. While it ages better than woman’s, you can still be prone to dryness, discomfort and barrier damage due to environmental assaults on your 3,168 square inches of skin, and you will feel the difference.

The body produces most of the skins powerful protectors, but as we age, the skins natural defenses decrease. Everyday elements such as sunlight, wind, cold, indoor heating, airplane travel, pollutants and stress, all wreak havoc on skin. These forces contribute to natural moisture loss resulting in severe dryness, redness, itchy and tight skin. This slow and steady loss of skin protection increases the need to explore ways to build environmental resistance.

The simple and efficient way to “prevent and protect” is to use products designed and developed specifically for men and their unique skin needs. Each product should be designed and formulated for a specific purpose … and tell you in plain English right on the package.

A little maintenance is all it takes to effectively sustain healthy skin, and a daily routine that includes: Cleansing, Shaving, Hydrating, Sun Protection, and Exfoliation (only 2-3 times per week) will keep skin comfortable and in top condition.

Consistent Maintenance is what’s required, NOT a lot of time or money!
